What I Provide

I offer therapy, counseling, and consultation for:

• Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and major life transitions.

• Couples seeking premarital counseling, relationship enrichment, conflict resolution, improved communication, or healing from disconnection.

• Adolescents (High School Age) who are struggling with stress, identity, mood challenges, organization, time management, self-advocacy, independence, and finding their footing during critical developmental years.

• Parents and Families needing support, parenting guidance, or skills coaching to strengthen the family unit.

• Professionals and Colleagues in the Field through consultation, training, and educational workshops to support therapists, educators, and community leaders.

• I offer both in-person sessions in Peachtree Corners, Georgia and secure Telehealth services to meet your needs. Evening and weekend appointments are available for your convenience.

I currently accept:

• Aetna

• United Healthcare/UBH/Optum

• Private pay clients

Please contact your insurance company prior to scheduling to confirm that your specific plan covers mental health counseling with me including telehealth if you are not meeting with me in person.

Individual/Couples/Family sessions are billed at $160 per 50-55 minute session. Payment is expected in full and will be collected at the end of each session. Accepted methods of payment include cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most HSA cards.

A late cancellation fee will be assessed for any appointments that are missed or cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment.
